Empathy writing

Empathy is about lot of difference experience. Researchers define empathy as able to sense other emotions also.... being able to imagine what people think of you.

The first type is affective, affective means if some one is sad respond to them.

The second kind is cognitive, cognitive empathy is about understanding

New mexico

Along time ago in New Mexico there was a flood, a lot of kids were playing in a flood causing trouble amongst houses and splashing water onto clothes.
There was a kid whose name was Jamain. He climbed up to the very top because his friend dared him to do it. so he jumped off the roof because he wanted to be the man.
He landed on his stomach he tried to get up but he couldn't.  Water was covering his face. His upper body was pounding with pain and couldn't breath that much. A random friend reached out to his hand and took him to his brother Steven Fox

Steven Fox took him to the hospital because he had been injured. When he opened his eye his mum was so enthusiastic because Jamain was still alive that was good thing.
When they got back  stevens back side was red as superman's cape. After that the flood dried up everyone took the stuff down and put them back where they were. All the kids were bored without a  water anywhere to be seen.

Jamain came back home he was pleased to see his friends and family. his friends
ran and up to jamain and hugged him to heaven.

cross country traning

giggling and laughing as we made our way down to the court to start cross country training. I heard mrs Marks yell. were late. we started to run as fast as we can to try catch up. feeling fitter and fitter I hear my heart beating faster and faster until I was near miss garden she told me to run faster but I was not in the mood of running.

Painting our background was hard cause I had trouble with filling in the gaps                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

excitedly we had to make stems but it was difficult to fold.

Step by step we carefully folded the petals and put it around our stems.

Ben Carson

Yesterday Pt England went on a trip to see doctor Ben Carson. At the Telstra CLear Pacific Events Centre we listened to stories about is life. Lots of kids were able to hear his important message - Read a book and take charge of your learning.

Dr Ben Carson is the world’s best neuro-surgeon. He turned his life around. At school Ben was a little bit naughty and didn’t like learning. His mum helped him to believe in his brains and reading books helped him to work hard and become successful.

The Picnic

Down at Pt England Reserve I enjoyed playing baseball at our school picnic. Pitching the ball carefully, I struck the batter out. I was so excited to get someone out.

After baseball I went to play cricket with Sebastan. Bowling the ball again was too easy. Carefully I chucked one more time then he got it. Damm.

Then I went down the cliff to the beach just to make a sand castle. All I wanted to do was bust it down. Luckily Miss M never caught me going down - as we weren’t allowed to!

New Furniture

Surprise  of all surprise room 13 new furniture arrived on time. Sitting at our flash new table and relaxing on our ‘’steps’’ is heaps of fun. Thanks to Mr Burt and Mr J for getting our new furniture.

Dragon Candy

In a busy market an old Chinese man made a lollipop dragon out of melted sugar. Dribbling the caramel on the non-stick paper he accurately drew a patten of a dragon. Carefully he peeled the design off the paper and gave it to the little boy.

Crazy Hippos

As the massive hippo chased after the small boat, it sped off. Charging toward the boat with immense power, the tourists were afraid for their lives. Surprisingly hippos are the second most deadly wild animal.

The Duffy Show

Yesterday we were watching the Duffy Show The Best Book in the World  My favourite part was when Duffy’s brother, Scruffy was playing takal with the girl. Laughing so hard that tears fell down my face. I thought I was going to die.         

The Beach

What a sunny day to go for a swim. Shaking from the cold water, I got out. So it wasn't a nice day afterall. But I made a sand castle - unfortunately it rained!

My Holiday

In the Holiday I went on a plane to Astralila it took hours to get there it was so boring so I went to
sleep. when I woke up we  funily Aruved there but it was night time.I waited for to  day.
